July 1st : First grading of the year is been held at the Armley sports Centre from 12 till 6pm, we will be grading our Tai Jutsu, Ju-Jitsu And Karate students
October 14th: We are holding another of our famous multi style charity seminar and this is been held at the Leeds Met Uni sports centre headingly from 10 till 5pm. There is 9 styles on show and cost £20 per senior and £15 per junior and is in aid of the Blue Bell Wood children Hospice.
The first benefit is that you will be able to look after yourself and your family in the real world, many martial these days are run as a sport or for money and don't even work.
The second is that you will be taught by some of the finest martial arts instructors in the country, all of whom have trained in the martial arts world for many years, and many of whom are or have been world champions.
Thirdly you will be training with some of the nicest people, around in a warm and family friendly environment.
Fourthly it's great way to make new friends, it helps to builds confidence, fitness, strength , flexibility, Balance, and a great way to release stress.
It's so easy to get started, in fact all you need to do is turn up and we do the rest.
We can even lend you a Gi martial art suit or you can wear any old jogging bottoms and a T shirt to start with, and even better your first lesson is free.
